Terms & Conditions, Payment options & FAQS



25% deposit is required, to hold your booking date, payable within 14 days of booking. Minimum order value $50 not including delivery/pick up.

An additional delivery and pick up fee charged to all orders, flat rate $35.00 metropolitan Perth with close vehicle access, country customers by arrangement; this charge is for either DIY or full service.

Remaining balance, including any bond is due 30 days before your function. We will contact you as a reminder.

Small celebrations welcomed.

Bond          $100 up to 100 covers (inc. sash if required) contact us for small events.

                  $150 up to 200covers

                  $250 up to 300 covers

                  $50 table skirting

                  $100 carpet runners

                  Other items & accessories dependent on type and quantity required.

Bond will be refunded once all items have been returned to Celebration Chair Covers & More in satisfactory condition; it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned undamaged. Lost or Damaged items, or items stained beyond normal cleaning processes, (includes wax staining) will be charged to the client, at cost. Carpet must not be allowed to get wet or damp. Should loss or damage occur then bond or part thereof will be withheld. Please allow up to 14 days for bond to be returned to clients account.

Payment is by Cash, Direct Deposit or Cheque (Allow additional 10 days for cheques to clear) Paypal by arrangement (incurs additional charge of $2.50.)

Hire is for up to 3 days (i.e. delivery & set up day, event day, pull down day, pick up by 2pm) or additional charges may apply. For DIY, we aim to be flexible, please contact us for your special requirements.

For DIY customers, please put all linen into bags/containers provided and arrange pick up area with your event venue for collection the next day. We can help with this, if necessary. NB it is not necessary to sort or fold items. The client agrees to allow Celebration Chair Covers & More or their representatives’ permission to access premises to recover hired items belonging to Celebration Chair Covers & More.

We can arrange to check correct fitting of our covers on your venue chairs prior to your event.  Please allow time for this.

Where necessary a sample chair cover can be provided to check for correct fit of your venues chairs.

Receipt of this form by the client deems understanding and acceptance of the above terms & conditions, payment options and Faqs.
